Oh how I wanted to sleep in this morning, however, the cat had a different idea and woke me up at 5:30 a.m. for food. When I couldn’t get back to sleep I got up and got started on this new day and new week.
I will create a good day by not focusing on the past and being fully involved in each moment in the present.
I had a really busy day full of visiting, spending time cooking, cleaning and getting things done. Now I am going to throw my blanket around me, sit back, relax , be in this moment with nothing I have to do. I will only do what I choose to do in the moment that I am in.
I am relaxed and I will sleep peacefully and well.
