Hold yourself when you feel you’re falling apart.
Help yourself when you feel lost and alone.
Heal yourself when you are tired and broken.
Don’t harm yourself with negative thoughts and feelings.
Hug yourself …back towards being hopeful and happy again.

“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.”― Yehuda Berg

“It is your duty to shield the vulnerable from harm.
It is a privilege to protect others from danger.
It is your obligation to help those who are in need.
It is your responsibility to assist where you can.
It is an honor to contribute to this beautiful world.”
