Shaking myself out from a low point in life at times is difficult!   First I have to determine what the low point is and then make a decision as to whether or not this is where I want to be.  Sometimes it just feels good to feel bad!  When I feel bad I can then acknowledge that I feel bad and move onto feeling good about feeling bad!  How’s that for a mind bender this morning?  Peace, love, light and blessings!
