How will you handle your stress today?

Good Morning

When I woke up today I felt stressed out.  I began thinking about all of the things that need to be done, phone calls to make, people to see, paperwork to be done, housework, grocery shopping to do, animals to feed and the list continued to grow!  I took Sparky outside for his morning rituals and realized how he handles stress.

Today:

I will have a good day and I will handle what needs to be done one thing at a time, one moment at a time.
