What can you do to be hopeful and happy again?

Hold yourself when you feel you’re falling apart.
Help yourself when you feel lost and alone.
Heal yourself when you are tired and broken.
Don’t harm yourself with negative thoughts and feelings.
Hug yourself …back towards being hopeful and happy again.
