When I got started on my day it was a frustrating run of affairs, however, I realized that I needed to stop with the frustration, have a few laughs and start moving forward with my day without the frustration.  I ended up doing some errands and managed to get other people smiling too.

I am being aware of how my behaviours and actions will help others to change their actions and behaviours too.
