Where do fear and anger come from?

Fear and anger often come from insecurity. When we doubt ourself and put ourself down we often feel anxious. When we think we are better than others we wall ourself off. Finding healthy self-confidence brings strength and courage. Fear, anger, and insecurity loose their home. They wither on the vine. Life becomes good. The heart once again opens and we smile from deep inside.”

Disturbing emotions not only disturb our own state of mind, they also disturb the minds of others. Self-centredness gives rise to fear and insecurity, which in turn creates distrust. This is why having an altruistic attitude brings a great sense of happiness and peace of mind.
