It is crucial to our own well-being to constantly love and appreciate ourselves. If there is some part of your body that you are not happy with, then take a month and continually put love into that area. Literally tell your body you love it.

We have been taught to avoid our feelings and resist allowing them to surface!
Negative feelings left unaddressed get stuck in our energy body creating a foggy energy field that lowers our vibration and blocks our intuition. Unprocessed feelings become distortions that also lead to illness and dis-ease.
When emotion comes up, just sit with your feelings for a few minutes. Notice where that feeling is resonating in your body. Honor it and then let it go. ♥
